Mr. Napoleone has over 30 years in international private equity investments, having co-founded Stirling Square Capital Partners in 2002 and previously worked at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners (New York and London) and Bankers Trust Company (Milan and New York). Mr. Napoleone’s prior experience includes executive positions in industrial firms in Europe and Asia.

Mr. Napoleone completed the ETPJ graduate programme in Japanese management practices at Sophia University in Tokyo and holds a Laurea in Business Administration from Università Bocconi in Milan.

Mr. Akel joined OHI in 2019 as Group CEO. He sets the company’s vision and enables its growth strategy. Mr. Akel has spent over 30 years in the air mobility industry, within roles including Group COO at Bristow Group and EVP at Milestone Aviation and started his career as an Accident Investigator at the National Transportation Safety Board, which grounded his beliefs in safety.

Mr. Akel has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado (USA) and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business (USA).

Captain Almeida has 44 years of experience in air mobility. Following a military background (Portuguese Air Force) where he trained as a fixed wing and helicopter pilot, Mr. Almeida subsequently embarked on an international civil aviation career, especially in Africa. In 1988, as one of the co-founders of Omni Aviation Group (“OAG”), he assumed responsibility for all operational areas this business. OAG developed in a multinational business spanning Portugal, Brazil, Cabo Verde and employing c.1,300 staff. Mr. Almeida is currently Chairman of OHI (which he co-founded) and Accountable Manager of AEROMEC and Omni Aviation Training Center.

Mr. Dranitzke is an investor and serial entrepreneur in aviation, finance and technology growth ventures. He was Managing Director of Milestone Aviation Group, the world’s leading helicopter leasing company which he co-founded in 2010, developed internationally and sold to GE Capital. He left Milestone in 2018 to dedicate himself to other ventures. Prior to co-founding Milestone, Mr. Dranitzke served as Chief Operating Officer of NetJets Europe, the world’s largest private jet company, which Mr. Dranitzke helped develop and grow to a €1bn annual revenue operation.

Mr. Dranitzke holds a BA in Economics from Princeton University and minors in Politics, Japanese and East Asian Studies.

Mr. Gari joined Stirling Square in 2019. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs, where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions in the TMT, Consumer & Retail and Healthcare sectors.

Mr. Gari holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSc in Business Administration and Management from ESADE Business School.

Mr. Hoffmann joined Stirling Square in 2023. Previously, he was a Management Consultant at Bain & Company, where he focused on Private Equity clients. Prior to that, he worked for Advancy and began his career at The Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Hoffmann holds an MSc in Management from London Business School and a BSc in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
